Refund Policy

At Ethio Market, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us, and we will review your request according to this refund policy.

Refunds and exchanges depend on the product type, condition of the item, and reason for the request.

Refunds may be approved when:

• You receive the wrong item.
• Your order arrives damaged.
• An item is missing from your order.
• The product received is significantly different from the product description.
• The order cannot be fulfilled by Ethio Market.

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Opened food products.
• Used, worn, or washed clothing.
• Items damaged after delivery.
• Products without original packaging where applicable.
• Sale or clearance items, unless faulty.
• Teff Flour shipping fees, where shipping charges apply.

Please include:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Reason for the refund request
• Clear photos if the item is damaged, incorrect, or missing

Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refunds cannot be transferred to a different card, account, or payment method.

Partial refunds may be offered when:

• Only part of the order is affected.
• An item has minor damage but can still be used.
• A replacement is not available.
• Shipping fees are not refundable due to destination or product restrictions.

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

If your order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. In that case, the return or refund policy will apply.

Sale and promotional items may only be refunded if they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Discount codes, promotional offers, and shipping promotions cannot be refunded as cash

Please contact Ethio Market before opening a chargeback with your bank. We are happy to review and resolve order issues directly whenever possible.

Chargebacks may delay the refund process.
