Non-Refundable Items & Situations

- Items damaged after delivery.
- Products without original packaging where applicable.
- Sale or clearance items, unless faulty.
- Teff Flour shipping fees, where shipping charges apply.
How to Request a Refund

- Clear photos if the item is damaged, incorrect, or missing
Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Refund processing may take 5β10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refunds cannot be transferred to a different card, account, or payment method.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be offered when:
- Only part of the order is affected.
- An item has minor damage but can still be used.
- A replacement is not available.
- Shipping fees are not refundable due to destination or product restrictions.
Cancelled Orders
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
If your order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. In that case, the return or refund policy will apply.
Sale & Promotional Items
Sale and promotional items may only be refunded if they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Discount codes, promotional offers, and shipping promotions cannot be refunded as cash
